• Check-in between 7:15am and 7:30am for a 7:45 departure 
• We are unable to hold the bus or refund for any late arrivals. Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for any onward travel plans, allowing at least 3 hours after the scheduled return time for connections or activities.
• Adults / Students must be over 18 at the time of travel.
• Students must hold a valid ISIC/ISE/ITIC card.
• Travel insurance is needed
• Please note that we cannot guarantee that people who have booked together will be seated together. We do not allocate seats.
• It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departson a clock that will be visible. 
• There are no maximum age restrictions
• If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge.  We have had a lot of feedback from customers saying that Uber taxi’s are not showing up.
• Please arrive to check-in 15 minutes before departure
• Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
• Cancellation of Day Tours: A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% fee
• .In this new, fast-changing Covid-19 era, we are doing all we can to adapt to new requirements and expectations, given the disruption caused. • Your Responsibility All our guests are asked to follow hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organization and local Government guidelines. Regular washing of hands and sanitising when required

As per government guidelines, the use of masks whilst on our tour coaches is no longer compulsory.

Should our staff or passengers wish to keep wearing masks whilst on the coach they can.

We will keep the hand sanitiser and enhanced cleaning procedures in place.
